Avocado toast - Greek style

Ingredients

  • 1 slice 100% whole wheat bread, toasted
  • ½ Ripe Avocado, smashed
  • 5 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • ½ ounce crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon aged balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  • Smash avocado and spread onto toast
  • Top with remaining ingredients
  • Enjoy
