Application materials
Applications to our Primary Care Research Fellowship program are accepted on a rolling basis. Your application should include:
- A current curriculum vitae
- Three letters of reference
- A Training Prospectus: Brief statement of interest that includes career goals and personal expectations for the fellowship (limited to five single-spaced pages):
- A summary of research interests
- A statement of professional goals
- A statement of post-doctoral training goals
- A brief description of a research study that you would like to conduct in five years
- A sample of written work
Minimum qualifications
You must be a doctoral-level clinician (e.g., MD, PhD, DO, DDS, DMD, DNP, PsyD, PharmD) with a completed primary care clinical residency or comparable post-doctoral clinical training in a primary care setting, such as:
- Community-based mental health centers
- Family Medicine
- General Internal Medicine
- Geriatrics
- Pediatrics
- Social service agencies
Consideration will be given to masters-level nurses and PAs with at least 2 years of post-degree clinical experience in primary care.
