The Sleep Disorders Center at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center is an accredited program of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) and offers comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders. The program emphasizes a multidisciplinary approach to evaluation and treatment, and works closely with other department specialists (including Pulmonary Medicine, Otolaryngology, Neurology, Psychiatry) and primary care physicians.
We provide consultation and testing for all varieties of sleep-related disturbances including:
- Central sleep apnea
- Circadian rhythm disorders
- Hypoventilation syndromes
- Idiopathic hypersomnia
- Insomnia
- Narcolepsy
- Obstructive sleep apnea
- Overlap of sleep apnea and other conditions (congestive heart failure, COPD and other pulmonary diseases)
