The Transgender Health Program coordinates through our central scheduling at the Lebanon campus and our regional location in Manchester.
New patients
If you are new to the Transgender Health Program and would like to schedule a consultation or get more information, please contact us. We can help coordinate with your PCP (primary care provider) or your specialist.
Please note: All pediatric and adolescent referrals must come from a PCP.
Returning patients
If you are a returning patient, you may use myDH to communicate securely with your providers, request or change appointments, review your medical record, and more.
