The Urgent Appointments Department is not an emergency room. In case of a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go directly to the nearest hospital emergency room for immediate medical attention.
New patients
If you need further medical assistance after your appointment, contact your family doctor (primary care provider or PCP). Nurses in your primary care provider's office can determine the medical urgency of your condition, schedule an acute visit during regular office hours, or offer home care advice.

- Saturday and Sunday: Closed.
Walk-in urgent appointments are available at Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinics Manchester for patients ages 2 and up (8 am to 5 pm). - Weekend urgent appointments for pediatric patients: Pediatric patients have access to scheduled appointments in the Pediatrics Department at Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinics Manchester on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 am to 2 pm. Construction announcements
I-93 northbound off-ramp closure, beginning May 8, 2024
The New Hampshire Department of Transportation has announced that beginning Wednesday, May 8, the Interstate 93 northbound off-ramp at exit 8 for Wellington Road will be closed for three months. Travelers will be directed to exit 9S and rerouted to I-93 south to exit 8. This will impact patients coming to Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinics Manchester traveling on I-93 north. Please plan extra travel time for upcoming appointments.
West Entrance is closed until further notice
For our patients who have upcoming visits to 100 Hitchcock Way, please note that the West Entrance is closed until further notice due to construction. Please enter through the Main Entrance, register in the lobby, or follow the signs to the relocated West registration desk.
