The Center for Rural Emergency Services and Trauma (CREST) was created to improve the emergency care of rural patients through efficient access to specialty care when necessary and support of high-quality local care whenever possible.
The CREST Virtual Library is designed to keep you better informed about the evolving landscape of health care and its impact on rural hospitals and providers.
CREST has a strong track record of providing innovative education, quality improvement, and best practice/protocol sharing initiatives to a consortium of rural critical access and community hospitals via their emergency department staff in northern New England. We have also launched a new online educational program for rural providers of emergency and trauma care, which is accessed through CourseSites, housed in the CREST Virtual Library.
Within CourseSites, you will find our inaugural online educational program, the CREST Online Training Modules. Our hope is to provide you with timely and relevant information at your fingertips so that you are better informed about the evolving landscape of health care and its impact on rural hospitals and providers.
Please email us with any questions or if you have any difficulty accessing CourseSites.
