Medical Director, Dartmouth Health, Nashua
Dr. Jonathan B. Thyng is a family physician and has been with Dartmouth Health since 1999. He currently serves as Medical Director for the Dartmouth Health Nashua campus to include satellite locations in Hudson, Merrimack and Milford.
Thyng is a veteran and served 12 years in the US Army. During his time in the Army, he served in Virginia (Ft. Belvoir, Ft. Myer) and Germany (Friedberg, Wurzburg) and additionally deployed to the Persian Gulf during Operation Desert Storm and to Hungary during Operation Joint Endeavor (Bosnia Peacekeeping Mission).
Thyng attended Tufts University for his undergraduate degree and the Tufts University School of Medicine for his medical degree. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at DeWitt Army Community Hospital at Fort Belvoir, VA. He is board certified in Family Medicine.
Thyng is a 2016 graduate of Leadership New Hampshire and lives in Hollis, NH. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, biking, spending time with family and reading books about history.
